Main castle structure is an 8" white cake.  The turrets are devil's food snack cakes stacked and threaded onto skewers.  The rooftops and tree are sugar cones.  The pathway is lined with chocolate rocks.

The purple cupcakes are devil's food cake.  The green cupcakes are white cake.

Tardis Birthday Cake.

This cake was for a friend's birthday.  Her husband ordered it because her favorite show is Dr. Who.  The cake is chocolate with buttercream and fondant.

Wedding Pumpkin Pops

Cake pops to coordinate with the fall wedding cake.  Orange pops are chocolate cake with chocolate icing.  White pops are red velvet cake with cream cheese icing.

Fall Wedding Cake

This was our second wedding cake to do.  Three tier, chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream, fondant leaves and vines.  Tiers were 10" bottom, 8" middle and 6" top.

Elvis Birthday

Birthday cake for Brandy's mother, who is a huge Elvis fan.  1/4 Sheet, Specialty Blue Suede cake.  Whipped cream icing and fondant decorations.

Kim's daughter, Carly's 12th birthday!  1/2 Sheet, chocolate cake with buttercream, fondant and gumpaste.

Ally's Toy Story Birthday

Brandy's daughter, Ally's 5th Birthday Cake!  8" bottom white cake, 6" top strawberry cake, buttercream and fondant.  Characters were drawn freehand on fondant with food color pens.

35 Chocolate cupcakes iced together with buttercream.  Fondant decorations.  Characters were drawn freehand with food color pens.

This case was for Kim's youngest daughter!  10" bottom tier, 6" top tier.  Chocolate cake with buttercream and fondant decorations.
